Charges have been framed against two accused individuals Shabir Ahmad Bhat and Javaid Ahmad Yatoo, while criminal proceedings have also been initiated against absconding Pakistan-based LeT handler Sumama alias Babar alias Ilyas, who is also an accused in the case.
